It provides clean amplifier-ready outputs while retaining supported factory radio controls, warning chimes, navigation prompts, Bluetooth audio, and other application-dependent audio functions.

Compatibility & Installation Requirements

• Factory system: supported amplified or specifically listed non-amplified Uconnect system with 32-pin and 12-pin connectors.
• Factory amplifier: Factory-amplifier handling depends on the exact application. Non-amplified applications require an aftermarket amplifier for the cabin speakers after the radio is reconfigured.
• Amplifier connections: Use the application-specific PAC speaker harness and load resistors listed in the table when required.
• Programming: Install the current PAC firmware and follow the current application guide before final system configuration.
• Connector, screen, body-style, amplifier and firmware requirements must match the exact application row.
• Expanded Jeep and Ram applications require current AP4-CH42 firmware.
• Professional installation and system tuning are strongly recommended.
