Shipping Policy

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received (excluding weekends and holidays). Certain items may require an additional 3–8 business days before tracking information is released. When applicable, this will be clearly noted at the top of the product page.

Once your order is placed, items move through our national warehouse and fulfillment network before being released to the carrier. Tracking information is provided once the shipment reaches the fulfillment location nearest to your delivery address. After tracking is released, delivery typically occurs within 1–3 business days.

We ship using the following carriers:

  • UPS
  • USPS
  • FedEx
  • Amazon Logistics

Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order total, and item weight.

Free Shipping: Orders of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping on eligible items weighing less than 50 lbs within the contiguous United States.

Heavy Item Shipping (50 lb+): Items weighing 50 lbs or more ship for a $65 flat shipping rate, regardless of order total. This includes orders over $100.

Orders Under $100: Orders below $100 (without heavy items) ship using carrier-calculated UPS or USPS rates. A small handling fee may be applied to cover packaging and fulfillment costs.

In the event carrier-calculated rates are temporarily unavailable, backup shipping rates may be shown at checkout to ensure orders can still be placed.

In-Store Pickup

Free local pickup may be available at our retail location. Please contact the store at 813-949-2300, Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, to confirm product availability and receive pickup instructions.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only within the contiguous United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 48–72 hours for tracking updates to become active (excluding weekends and holidays).

If you have not received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at matt@mcorautomotive.com with your order number.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping availability may vary by product, destination, and fulfillment location.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and properly packaged in the original box.

To request a return, contact us at matt@mcorautomotive.com. Approved returns will be issued an RMA number and return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from approved returns to offset original shipping, payment processing, and/or restock fees.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including special-order products, personalized items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, return the original item first. Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days, minus applicable restocking fees. Bank processing times may vary.
