Compustar RFX-2WT12-SS is a T12 2-way remote upgrade kit designed to add long-range control and LTE smartphone connectivity to compatible Compustar remote start and security systems. The kit includes a 2-way T12 LCD remote using Digital Spread Spectrum (DSS) RF for up to 3 miles of range, plus a Drone X1 LTE module for control through the DroneMobile app.

The T12 remote features an IPX7-rated waterproof housing, USB-rechargeable lithium-ion battery, and interactive LCD that provides confirmation for lock, unlock, remote start, and alarm events. When paired with the Drone X1 LTE module, the system adds app-based control and GPS functionality where supported.
