Compatibility & Installation Requirements
For custom accent or show lighting. Confirm mounting dimensions, power requirements and controller compatibility. Colored, flashing and chasing modes must be used only where permitted; they are not replacement headlamps or legally required signal lights.
Use a fused power circuit and correctly rated wiring, switching and relays. Protect connections from water and abrasion, and verify mounting clearance through the full range of vehicle movement. Professional installation is recommended. Connect every pod before powering the controller. The manufacturer warns that energizing an incomplete pod set can damage the pods. Never apply the 12 V supply directly to the 5 V pod outputs.
