Compatibility & What You Need

• Required interface: PAC RP4-CH21. This part number must match the application exactly.
• Aftermarket radio: Sold separately. Confirm that it has the inputs and outputs required for every factory feature you want to retain.
• Application accessories: Camera, USB, satellite-radio, rear-seat-entertainment, antenna, steering-wheel-control, or firmware accessories may be required where stated in the table or current PAC guide.
• Programming: Use the current PAC firmware and follow the current product instructions before final testing.
• Professional installation is strongly recommended for data-bus radio replacement.

Important Application Notes

• Ram ProMaster models with a factory single-DIN radio are not compatible.
• Uconnect is not retained. In 2016-2018 Ram trucks with 5.0- or 8.4-inch Uconnect, some vehicle settings also become unavailable after radio replacement.
• Factory rear-seat video is not retained.
• Vehicles with an 8.4-inch Uconnect system lose the factory compass display, 911 Assist, Wi-Fi hotspot, and Uconnect Access.
• Reverse-sensor chimes are not retained in non-amplified vehicles.
