At a Glance

- Dedicated host camera connection; not a universal RCA backup camera
Compatibility & What You Need
Firstech lists the IC8 for Momento M6, M7, M8 and Drone XC. Its dealer description identifies it as a replacement for the rear-facing camera; simultaneous front/rear/interior recording depends on the host model and configuration. Do not assume all M8 models, including MD-8500, accept a third camera. For MD-8400, the optional 2K three-channel firmware conversion sacrifices 4K operation and is not reversible according to Firstech.
