JL Audio CF-690-RTG — Upgrade compatible factory locations with 6x9-inch woofers and 2.75-inch midtweeters. JL Audio designed the CF-690-RTG around selected Ram, Toyota, Chevrolet and GMC applications, combining dedicated frames and adapter plates with a true two-way crossover arrangement.

Custom-fit hardware is part of the system. Four woofer adapter rings and two midtweeter adapter rings support the intended factory-location approach. The 6x9-inch woofers use onboard low-pass filtering, and the 2.75-inch midtweeters use inline high-pass filtering. These filters can be bypassed for an appropriately designed active system.

This is a complete stereo component speaker package, unlike the separate CF-690w woofer-only option. Vehicle brand alone does not establish fit: mounting locations, factory audio equipment and the applicable JL Audio installation instructions still matter.
