JL Audio AP 4-Channel — Power a flexible marine speaker system with the compact JL Audio AP 4-channel amplifier. Its rugged enclosure and onboard controls make it a practical choice where space and exposure matter.
Compact marine amplification with protected hardware. The efficient Class-D design reduces heat and electrical demand compared with a conventional Class-AB design. Garmin identifies the enclosure as ignition protected and IP67-rated, with an important limitation: the rating excludes the cables, so splices and connectors still need protection.
Setup remains system-specific. The onboard LCD allows manual control; Easy Tune requires a compatible DSP-equipped stereo and Garmin Audio app. This non-Bluetooth AP model is an amplifier, not a self-contained streaming source unit. Match the rated output and speaker loads before choosing a stereo or bridged configuration.

Installation & System Requirements
