JL Audio CL-RLC Remote Level Control & Line Driver is an active remote level control preamplifier designed to give you precise, noise-reduced level control over your subwoofer or auxiliary amplifier from the dash. The unit also functions as a buffered line-driver to provide cleaner, stronger signal to your downstream amplifiers, and it integrates easily into both automotive and marine audio systems.

Unlike passive knobs, the CL-RLC uses true active circuitry so the control knob sends only level information to the preamp circuit, preserving signal integrity and minimizing noise. It can control a subwoofer amplifier’s level, a full-range amplifier’s level, or add a separate zone level feed in multi-amp systems.
