The JL Audio C6-650 is a premium 2-way component speaker system engineered for outstanding clarity, smoothness, and dynamic performance. Borrowing design elements from JL’s flagship C7 line, the C6-650 combines a high-end silk dome tweeter with a purpose-built 6.5" woofer to deliver an audiophile-level upgrade for any vehicle.
The 6.5" DMA-optimized woofers use forged and machined motor components, a large flat spider, an oversized voice coil, and JL’s Elevated Frame Cooling technology. The result: exceptional midbass impact, low distortion, and linear response even at high volumes.
The 1" silk dome tweeters use edge-driven diaphragms for smooth highs, excellent damping, and great off-axis response—crucial for real-world car installations. Neodymium motors and ferrofluid cooling maintain stability and reliability while allowing a compact design. Both flush-mount and surface-mount housings are included for flexible installation.
Premium external passive crossovers come standard with four tweeter level settings and high-quality internal components, including air-core inductors and polyester capacitors. An integrated tweeter protection circuit helps prevent damage during high-power playback.
This system is engineered to deliver a refined, dynamic, and immersive soundstage far beyond OEM capabilities.
