Hertz C 165 is a 6.5" (165 mm) midbass woofer engineered for natural tone, high damping, and controlled output. Hertz developed the cone material through a long R&D process and selected SPP-M (Semi Pressed Paper-Mica)—a semi-pressed paper cone reinforced with mica powder to increase rigidity while preserving the smooth, organic character of paper.

The goal is simple: strong midbass with control. The SPP-M cone balances lightness and damping for clean impact, while the oversized high-density ferrite motor helps maintain control at higher excursion levels.
