The AudioControl EPIC4000 is designed for a high-current subwoofer installation, rated at 4,000 watts RMS into a 1-ohm load. Plan the vehicle's electrical supply and cable routing before purchase: this model requires dual 0-AWG power and ground connections, not a typical small-amplifier wiring kit.

Compatibility & Installation Requirements
Universal amplifier installation requires a compatible audio signal, suitable speakers, correctly sized fused power and ground wiring, and a secure ventilated mounting location. Wiring and vehicle-specific integration parts are selected separately. Match speaker impedance and output power before installation; this is not a vehicle-specific plug-and-play kit. Follow the exact dual-feed installation requirements in the manual. The manufacturer says not to mount this amplifier on a subwoofer enclosure and to disable the vehicle's start-stop function while it operates.
